Tena koe ehoa
Having viewed this and the following image in the series my preference is for this version/view of the same torso. Without an image prologue (not that you should have one in anyway) I’m left to consider the idea behind the image and it’s impressionsitic value.
I see the image inherently as a study of the effects of light and light separation on a given form, which in this case is a mannquin. Base on that premise I see this image as having more relativity and visual dynamism in this version. The subject matter is exposed under low light and for me retains more visual identity than in the following image. By that I mean the mannequins is revealed better and we are able to explore dimensional qualities caused by light on the mannequin like the effects and visual results that reveal contour, shape and form, surface texture and density of form (volume and body).
